Anthony is Chief Executive Officer of Isola Capital. Anthony has extensive experience in asset management across private equity, venture capital, private credit and liquid secondary strategies. Anthony enjoyed a career in investment banking before transitioning to private investments and family office wealth management. He has broad investment expertise across a broad range of consumer, agricultural, industrial and technology sectors. Anthony attained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from The University of Sydney and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Sydney Law School. He is also a graduate of The College of Law (Sydney) and was admitted to the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of NSW. Anthony completed the Financial Engineering Program of Stanford University and attended the Stanford Executive Institute. He is a Responsible Officer for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) activities licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Anthony is Co-Chair of Cyberport Investors Network Growth Portfolio Sub-Committee, a member of the HK Trade Development Council Innovation and Technology Advisory Committee, a member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce Taxation Committee and YEC Executive Committee, Chair of the HKVCA Wine Committee and a member of the HKVCA Limited Partners Committee and Family Office Committee. He is appointed as a member of the Market Misconduct Tribunal and Vice Chairman of Pacific Basin Economic Council. He is an Advisory Board member of Hex Trust. Anthony is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He is a keen tennis player, golfer, wine enthusiast and Formula One fan.

David has extensive international public and private company investment, as well as investment banking experience. He was the advisor to the Chairman of Shanghai Pengxin Group and responsible for originating and execution of international investments and group projects. Previously, he spent two decades in senior roles with Nomura and Lehman Brothers and covered clients in consumer and retail, healthcare, diversified industrials, renewable energy, financial institutions and fintech and TMT. Prior to that, he developed his investment banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup. David received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of NSW in Australia. He is a Member of Actuaries Institute (Australia).

Prior to joining Isola Capital, Denise was a private banker at UBS AG, where she was responsible for client coverage in Hong Kong, providing investment advisory, as well as holistic financial and wealth planning services to high-net-worth individuals, families and corporates in the region. Before that, Denise worked at JP Morgan Private Bank and started her career with BlackRock in Hong Kong. Denise holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Macquarie University, Australia. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Lionel is a Managing Director at Isola Capital, Head of Private Clients and CIO. Lionel is based in Singapore and manages across a variety of asset classes and strategies at Isola Capital. He began his career at Lloyd's Reinsurance for five years before working in investment banking for over 20 years with UBS and Merrill Lynch in Europe and Asia. Lionel ran Merrill Lynch Asian Equities in Singapore from 2003 to 2008 dealing with a broad range of financial activities encompassing hedge funds, pension funds, private equity, capital markets, IPO and prime brokerage. In 2013 Lionel joined HSBC Private Banking in Hong Kong as an Investment Counsellor and Portfolio Constructor. He has extensive experience dealing with family offices, trusts, HNW and UHNW clients. Lionel is a graduate of Oxford University and Eton College. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and Portuguese.

Before that, he was based in Beijing and actively involved in private equity investments in China, where he assisted Chinese entrepreneurs to achieve public listings for their companies in the US stock market. Ronald holds a MBA degree from the University of Manchester. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He enjoys wines and plays golf.

In transitioning to wealth management, Ishana brings with her extensive experience in investment banking and a passion for advising private, corporate and institution clients. Through her years of extensive business exposure in Greater China, South East Asia and Europe, Ishana has developed a deep appreciation and delicate sensitivity for different cultures in client and business collaborations. Ishana received both her Bachelor and Master of Commerce degrees from The University of Sydney and attended the Emerging Leaders Programme at London Business School. She is also accredited from fashion design courses at both Instituto Marangoni and ESMOD. Ishana is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. One of her greatest joys is travelling and she has taken a special interest in Islamic geometric art.

He is a Co-founder and former Executive Director of JVSakk Group. Prior to co-founding JVSakk, Albert was manager of Institutional Sales at SHKFG with specific focus on institution accounts in Singapore and Europe. With more than 10 years experience in the financial industry, he is well versed in special situations advisory, deal management and execution. He is a Responsible Officer for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) of JVSakk Asia Limited, Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) activities of JVSakk Asset Management Limited, licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Prior to his HK EY wavespace (Innovation Center) Leader role, Andrew was leading the Business Transformation and Innovation under EY Consulting practice. He has assisted over 15 organizations in GBA and globally across various industries (including Real Estate, Airline and Aviation, Healthcare and Wellness, Manufacturing, and consumer retails) successfully to transform their business to increase the shareholder value as well as to drive the industry innovation through the collaboration with all key stakeholders in the ecosystem. Andrew is also the core member of EY Family Office Committee and EY GBA Committee. Andrew holds various positions in the government and industry bodies. He is representing EY an appointed member of HKGCC, 粵港澳大灣區經貿協會, Urban Land Institute (ULI) , Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Institute of Shopping Centre Management, and the advisory committee member of AICFC (Association of the International Certified Finance Consultants). Andy Choy is a seasoned management executive with over 25 years of direct operating experience in both service and manufacturing industries. He has worked in a variety of organizations from greenfield start-ups to bankruptcy turnarounds to multinational conglomerates in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Andy was most recently the International Chief Operating Officer of Melco Resorts and Entertainment (NASDAQ: MLCO) where he oversaw a portfolio of casino resorts with annual revenues approaching US$1.0 billion and 6,500 employees. His responsibilities also included managing the corporate strategy and analytical support departments, directing marketing programs that drove over 75,000 daily visits including all mobile content initiatives. He was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Riviera Holdings Corporation and Senior Vice President of Operations with Las Vegas Sands overseeing the Sands Macao and the Four Seasons Macao. Prior to that, Andy was an operational turnaround specialist for Icahn Enterprises. Andy started his career as a consultant with McKinsey and Company. Andy also founded and exited several businesses in the manufacturing and software industries. Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics (summa cum laude) from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University.

David is a shareholder and member of the Advisory and Operating Committee of Isola Capital Group. He is Chairman of Wall Street English International and was previously Managing Director of Pearson English Direct Delivery Business when it was acquired by Pearson Longman LLC in 2010. David started his career at Wall Street English China as the Operations Director in 2001, and became CEO in China in August 2002. Wall Street English China experienced tremendous growth under his guidance, expanding its presence in key markets including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, with the opening of over 50 learning centers in nine years. In August 2010, David was appointed CEO of Wall Street English International, overseeing 450 centers across 28 countries. Prior to Wall Street English, David served as UK Operations Director for KinderCare Learning Centers, the largest private childcare operator in the world, and was the founder and General Manager of Bright Horizons Day Nurseries in the UK. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Marriott Hotels, TRW in aerospace, and Marsh McLennan in insurance. David holds an MBA from the University of Bradford, a B.A. in Politics and Economics from the University of Lancaster, and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom.

David is a co-founder of Starcrest Capital Partners Limited, an independent private equity real estate practice with a focus on China. He maintains diversified business interests through direct investments and funds, and has more than 10 years of experience in finance and real estate investment. Prior to Starcrest, David was with Goldman Sachs in the Asian Special Situations Group, where he was responsible for proprietary real estate investing across equity, debt, hybrid and direct assets in private and public markets, including the restructuring of Chinese private real estate companies with over US$1.5 billion of investments. Before Goldman Sachs, David worked at MGPA, then the largest Asian real estate fund manager, focused on direct asset and joint venture investments across Asia ex-Japan. David graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Edward's leadership was most recently demonstrated as the CEO of a Hong Kong SFC-licensed B2B fintech firm. There, he spearheaded the company's journey from a start-up to an award-winning, profitable enterprise, recognized with honors such as "Best Issuance Platform 2025" by Structured Retail Products and "Best Structured Products Support System 2024" by Asia Risk Magazine. Previously, as Managing Director and Head of Investment Counselling for North Asia at EFG Private Bank, he built and scaled the investment advisory franchise in Hong Kong. His foundational years were spent with investment banks, where he honed his expertise as a fund derivatives structurer at both Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital. Beyond finance, Edward carries forward his family's legacy as the third-generation custodian of "Enning Liu Fu Ji" (恩寧劉福記) in Guangzhou, China – a family-owned chain of wonton noodle restaurants honored with the Michelin Bib Gourmand award for four consecutive years from 2022 to 2025. Edward holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, graduating with First Class Honors, and earned an MSc in Investment Management from HKUST.

Before his assignments in Asia, he held a series of senior brand management positions with Colgate Palmolive in New York. He was non-executive director of Next Media, the largest Chinese newspaper and magazine group in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Frank graduated with an MA from Columbia University and BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University.

He formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer of YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Ltd., the Manager of Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust. Ho Sing has over 30 years of leadership and management experience with multi-national companies in engineering, medical, infrastructure and real estate. These included senior positions in Singapore Technologies Group, Dornier Medical, Sembcorp Industries Ltd. and Guocoland Ltd. Ho Sing is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Damian Development Bhd., a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Ho Sing previously served as President of Lereno Bio-Chem Ltd. and CEO of Dornier Medtech GmbH. Ho Sing holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, USA. He completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in 2002.

John's family has been owners and operators of bulkers, tankers, and specialized ships for six generations including Sincere Navigation Corp. and Oak Maritime Group. Currently, John is a director of the Hsu family's family office, OSS Capital. From 2003 to 2010 he was partner of Ajia Partners, a prominent privately owned alternative investment firm. From 1998 to 2002 he was Chief Investment Officer of Matrix Global Investments, a hedge fund of US-listed technology companies. John has also been a Director of Seaspan Corporation (NYSE - SSW) since 2008. John received his B.A. from Colgate University, and his MBA from Columbia University, and is fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin.

In his last role as co-founded and CEO of AtCipher, a cloud security company that protects privacy for cloud data through patent-pending technologies that enable end-to-end, client-side encryption and secure sharing, he worked closely with ex-government security agencies on cloud encryption, cybersecurity, digital signature, blockchain, and key management. Currently, he serves as Entrepreneur-In-Residence for the Executive MBA Program for Chicago Booth School of Business and is a mentor for various startups. He began his career in 1988 as an engineer at Intel Corporation and was later Head of Technology services at Freescale Semiconductor, previously known as Motorola Semiconductor. Jack holds a MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business with high honors, a Master of Science in Engineering Management with Stanford University, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with California Institute of Technology. Mr. Kono works extensively with companies and investors in the global fixed income and equity capital markets, with a focus on growth stage including M&A and restructuring the equity ownership and business strategy in many industries. Mr. Kono started his career in high finance and has held senior positions at Salomon Brothers and Citi Asset Management both in Tokyo and New York for over 15 years. He then became Chief Representative of Japan and Managing Director of Roberts Mitani, LLC and Roberts Mitani Advisors, LLC, where he arranged cross-border transactions and capital structures. Mr. Kono then served as President of Revamp Capital K.K. arranging financing for growth companies. Since September 2007, Mr. Kono has served as Associate Professor of Keio University (Graduate school of Media and Governance) where he teaches Business and Marketing and works on Electric Vehicles projects. More recently until 2015, Mr. Kono was CIO and Senior Managing Director of Whiz Partners, a leading Japanese growth private equity fund. Mr. Kono has written extensively about capital markets and business management in such reviews as Nikkei Venture and he has lectured on a range of subjects, including international business, global finance, private equity and business development at various programs and seminars. Richard is the founder of advisory and investment firm YCL, which has assisted select companies in raising over US$100 million in growth capital since 2016. Prior to YCL, Richard accumulated over 20 years of experience in Asia, including as Head of Asia Corporate Finance and the Consumer Retail Group at Nomura/Lehman, where he was also a member of Asia Business Acceptance Committee and the Global Executive Committee. He has advised on numerous transactions across Asia Pacific, encompassing both M&A and financing (capital markets and private), with a total deal value exceeding US$50 billion. Prior to his time at Lehman, he was a senior banker in the M&A team at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. He commenced his professional career at Deloitte. Richard currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for two investment vehicles funded by Janchor Partners. His project portfolio includes Daimon (sake producer in Kyoto, Japan), Lark (Tasmanian whisky group), Pirata (Hong Kong restaurant group), and Hillview Park (beef property). Richard holds an MBA from AGSM at University of New South Wales in Sydney and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide. Salvatore embarked on his banking career at the original Bank of America in San Francisco, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience during his formative years in the industry. During this time, he became a founding member and President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. He then spent over 3 years in Australia and the next 30 years in Asia, becoming CEO of Bank of America Australia before heading their Asian Financial Institutions Group and subsequently leading the Global Financial Institutions Unit and serving as Vice Chairman of Global Financial Institutions for ABN AMRO. In addition to his banking career, in 2015, Salvatore co-founded Palatino Hospitality Company Limited, a luxury hospitality firm based in Hong Kong celebrated for curating unparalleled luxury amenities and experiences. In October 2024, he oversaw the strategic merger of Palatino with La Bottega, a global leader in luxury hotel amenities based out of Italy, with the vision of redefining the standards in luxury hospitality. Stephen began his career as an M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York, followed by a decade in M&A transaction banking at Morgan Stanley advising financial institutions and private equity sponsors globally. He subsequently co-founded a telecom infrastructure company that completed an IPO and was successfully sold to a larger public company, and went on to co-found two further startups in mobile data services and FinTech, both of which delivered accretive exits to investors. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Advisor to a 30-year-old UK-based digital audio playback market leader with worldwide distribution, where he transitioned the China distribution model from distributor to captive, cut costs by 20%, grew sales by 30% and secured Chinese CCC certifications. Most recently, Stephen co-founded and was the initial Chief Investment Officer of a UK-based family office.
