Isola Appointed as a Co-investment Partner to Hong Kong Government Innovation and Technology Venture Fund

Hong Kong, January 7, 2021 – Isola Capital Asset Management Limited, a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission licensed asset manager across private equity, venture capital and liquid secondary strategies, announced today that, Isola Partners IPVF VII (“IPVF VII”) has been selected as one of the Co-investment Partners of the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund (“ITVF”). Isola Private Equity Venture Capital Fund VII LP (“IPEVCF VII”), a fund managed by IPVF VII, intends to invest in local innovation and technology start-ups in conjunction with the ITVF.

 

Based in Hong Kong with a team of highly experienced and multi-disciplined investment professionals, Isola seeks to further enhance Hong Kong’s international reputation and profile in the innovation and technology sectors and related investments through this co-investment partnership with the ITVF. Isola  intends to contribute its significant investment experience and capital, as well as extensive local and regional relationship networks to support the capital needs of local innovation and technology focused ventures, and for the further development of Hong Kong’s technology investment ecosystem.
